Not so fast.

Mortgage companies often do a final credit check just before closing.

Any large purchase such as a t.v. or major appliance paid for with credit can dramatically change your credit score and thereby jeopardize your financing.

So be on the safe side, and don’t visit Best Buy until you have the keys to your brand new castle.
