I just wanted to pop a message over to highlight the huge support Tim provided as part of my family’s move to the US – we got here last Thursday and one of the biggest aspects of the move was getting furniture and our air freight into the house and setup before we arrived (especially cots and beds!).

Tim went above and beyond, making sure this could be done and working across 2 days, arranging key collection with the broker, coordinating the Ikea delivery team, the assembly company taskrabbit and the air freight personnel – ensuring the items were setup and in the right rooms.

This has been invaluable to us – it has been a crazy week getting setup in general, and I can’t imagine where we’d be if Tim hadn’t made this happen.

And throughout he was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
